Warranty Information
All Alley Audio pedals come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original owner. Customer is responsible for initial shipping, any repair needed is free of charge, return shipping covered by AA. Your warranty covers: wiring and circuit, switches, jacks, and pots. Issues not covered by warranty include: cosmetic issues, missing knobs, damage from using the wrong power supply or abuse, and missing or stripped enclosure screws.
Shipping
We ship everything USPS Priority Mail, and ship out a couple times a week.
Product Availability
We operate via stocked items only. What this means for you is there isn't any lengthy turnaround or waiting to recieve your pedal. If you purchase a pedal, then it's in stock and likely headed your way the following day. We will never offer pre-orders, nobody wants to wait weeks for a pedal to arrive.
Custom Work
We do not offer any custom work or mods. Sorry.

Sure do.
Do you have any sales coming up or promo codes?
No, we don't do sales. Black Friday is the only day where we will have deals and/or limited edition products available.
Can you endorse me and/or my band?
Artist endorsements are welcome, but everyone still pays full price (freebies don't keep the lights on) in the beginning. Send us info on yourself/band and if you are a good fit then we can get started.
